Launchpad Partners Welcomes Bill Burnett Innovation Expert Signs On
 We are pleased to announce that Bill Burnett has joined us as a partner. Bill brings extensive international business experience to our group, along with deep expertise on innovation, organization and leadership.
Prior to joining Launchpad, Bill held senior leadership positions at Citibank, Bank of America and Diners Club International. At Diners Club, he was responsible for both Global Operations and implementing Strategic Initiatives. In both roles, Bill was responsible for innovation efforts. That began a journey of research and discovery focused upon innovation, organizational effectiveness, and most importantly, the role of leaders in both.
As part of Bill's approach, he identifies individuals who, although often unrecognized by their employers, are great problem solvers. He has developed a proprietary assessment instrument to help companies identify these "special assets" and capture the value that they can create. Bill is just completing work on a book, The Innovation CEO, which explains how CEO's can use his approach to create competitive advantage over a long corporate life.
Bill holds a BA degree in Philosophy from the University of Northern Colorado and earned his Masters Degree in International Business from the Moore School at the University of South Carolina.
